excess whale blubber, double your energy levels, get pro-athlete fitness and real world or “useable”

Yet most certified personal trainers will tell you that you have to do long aerobic sessions
lasting an hour or longer to lose weight. They say this because slower activity levels have been proven to burn fat
as the primary fuel instead of carbohydrates.

The fatal flaw with this idea is that in practice it doesn’t actually work.

While you are burning fat, this method of exercise also teaches your body to store fat. So while
you burn it off initially, your internal fat thermostat remains at a high setting and you end up putting the fat
right back on when you eat.

Why does the body do this? Because it needs the extra fat since your doing exercises that
rely on fat for the majority of the fuel.

What you need is a system that sets your body’s fat thermostat to low and can help
you get pro-athlete conditioning in a third of the time of traditional aerobics.

And wouldn’t it be great if you didn’t need any equipment and could do many of these exercises even
while you’re at work, at home, travelling or just about anywhere?

I’d like to introduce you to a better way to get fit and do so in 15-minutes or much less per

I am a personal

awesome. Even though I have a fairly developed upper body due to the consistent

I am able to comfortably complete 2 sets of 15
and while I knew the next day I had done something – I didn’t feel like I had strained
anything. The weight distribution of this particular exercise is much more conducive for my
body.

So — in short — I am loving both of the

Sleep deprivation alters immune function, including the activity of killer cells that fight off immunity, which means you are more likely to get sick with a serious illness.

Sleep deprivation affects the way the body stores and produces carbohydrates. This alters the activity of hormones that regulate appetite, causing us to crave more food.

Those with a sleep debt are 10x more likely to have an auto accident and other accidents in general. You are also more likely to make mistakes at work, which could be very serious if you are a doctor, pilot or machinery operator.

Lack of sleep affects mood. It makes us irritable and impatient and impairs concentration and focus. Being in this zone makes us unhappy and demoralized, affecting our relationships, work performance, exercise and eating habits. Stay like this for too long and depression can set in, causing you another huge health issue to deal with.

The long and short of it is that sleep is VITAL to our health, and not getting enough of it is a very serious risk.

I hit the wall of insomnia during my teens. I went through some stressful times, what with my parents breaking up, the stress of studies and the loss of a close friend.

By my twenties I was a walking zombie, which wasn’t helped by the fact that I was working nights to support my study. This compounded the existing sleep debt I’d built up, and by the time I was put on pills, I was at the door of mental and physical exhaustion.

Honestly, I thought I was going to die. That’s no exaggeration. I felt so unwell. I actually began to contemplate at what point the body would cease to function without sleep.

I was breathless, constantly fatigued, gaining weight, pale and suffering cold after cold.

The pills did put me to sleep, but as soon as I came off them I went right back to my old sleeping habits – a few hours a night, if that. I was totally lost, my body didn’t know when to sleep and could only sleep with meds. I was getting weaker and sicker.

I flunked college, lost my girlfriend and got depressed. I felt like crap and looked like crap.

I had to sort myself out before lack of sleep totally ruined my life. So I decided to take a stand, to take back control of my life and get a grip.

What the hell, I figured, I’m not sleeping anyway so why not use this time to try and crawl out of this ditch I’d gotten into.

In one inspirational act of defiance, I threw the sleeping pills down the toilet, went to the local library and began to use those sleepless nights to study.

I studied sleep through the ages and began comparing the way man lived 10,000 years ago to the way he lives today.

What I discovered was incredible.

Sleeping problems, as we know them today, only began to surface around 200-300 years ago; pretty much when man began living and eating dramatically differently to the way in which his body was used to.

Things got a whole lot worse when electricity came along, because man started sleeping at odd hours outside of his natural rhythm. And when the agricultural revolution took full pace, the changes to food, work and modern living that came with it began to seriously mess with our sleep.

And so here we are today, with 1 in 3 Americans suffering from some degree of insomnia, and 1 in 10 on sleeping pills.

It really is. I mean, how can something so natural have become so difficult for us?

Sleep is as natural as eating, and just as important to our health, yet we’ve neglected sleep so badly that we’ve drastically affected our health.

The knowledge I discovered led me to take drastic action. I began A-B testing my sleep, testing what effect particular aspects of lifestyle had on my sleep. My research uncovered six key areas that were affecting my sleep-wake cycle and causing insomnia, and quite simply, by improving these six core areas of my lifestyle and environment, I was able to cure myself of sleeplessness once and for all.

During my research, I learned about brain waves and how important the electrical currents of the brain are to the sleep process.

Brain waves must slow down in order for the brain to prepare to go to sleep, but because of our anti-sleep lifestyle, which includes artificial light, dietary stimulants and numerous brain-stimulating digital devices, the brain really struggles to slow down into low brain activity.

This is basically the primary cause of a bad night’s sleep; having an overactive brain at bedtime.

To help slow my brainwaves down, I began using special audio recordings called binaural beats. This is basically advanced meditation music that uses a process called ‘frequency response’ to entrain the brain into states of relaxation or deep concentration.

I first began experimenting with Theta frequency recordings, which produce a deeply relaxed state and are commonly used by meditators, and then with Delta recordings, which replicate the Delta wave production that happens in deep sleep. This began entraining my brain to release Delta waves around the time I wanted to go to sleep, enabling me to fall asleep faster and sleep deeper through the night.

By combining my six-step sleep methodology with this special music, not only did I start falling asleep faster and sleeping deeper, but I felt greater mental balance; less stressed, more productive and more focused during the day.

Needless to say I was overjoyed. I felt normal again. And after getting a solid 3-months sleep under my belt, my health completely restored itself.

I still remember this conversation like it was yesterday.  I had started with this new client who told me he has tried everything and he can’t lose any weight.  He is on all kinds of medications and his doctors told him he is also developing diabetes.  

Then he hit me with this…

“I am afraid I am going to die an early death and I won’t be there for my kids to help them grow up.  It scares me to think they won’t have a dad”

This hit me hard because at the time I had a 2-year-old daughter and I started thinking about her and if I wasn’t there to help her grow up.  

It is the ultimate feeling of guilt thinking that you are going to let your kids down because you are not taking care of your health and you end up leaving them way too early as a result.  

I felt a deep responsibility to Mike and knew from what health issues he was already having that if he didn’t get the weight off and improve his nutrition that his kids would lose their father.  

It took 1 hour teach him the Flexible Carb Cycling principles and then the weight started coming off and coming off.

Mike has been able to maintain this 100+ pound weight loss for years now all without constant dieting.  He has implemented the Flexible Carb Cycling principles into his daily routine and the fat hasn’t come back.  

The reason for this is because he now has healthy fat cells.  They are no longer dysfunctional or “sick” like they were when he was 335 pounds and had tried everything, but couldn’t lose a pound.

It starts by breaking your dependency with sugar.  Yes, you can be addicted to sugar, much like a drug addict is addicted to heroin.

When you break that dependency with sugar you will start to repair your existing fat cells.  When your fat cells are sick your body will store more fat than it should and it also burns off less stored fat for energy.

We call that a Double Whammy!

Then to make things worse your body will start sending your pancreas into overdrive and producing more and more insulin because all this free floating fat in your blood is causing your insulin to become less responsive and less effective.

This is called a Triple Whammy!

Now do you see why Mike couldn’t lose any weight even though he was trying every diet imaginable.  He never broke his dependency with sugar nor did you allow his body to repair his fat cells so that the fat would start flying off.

Once you start using this method as early as tomorrow morning you will won’t have to worry about trying the next fad diet or crazy scheme.  You will be starting the repair process immediately so that your body sheds the excess fat and becomes optimized so that new fat never shows it ugly face again.

That is the good news, but you will want to know the warning signs of “sick” fat cells that I will show you in a couple minutes that will immediately tell you if you are at greater risk for various metabolic diseases and if everything you have tried to lose weight has been a waste of time up to this point.

These telling signs are not all that uncommon as you will see.  What is unusual is that your doctor or any other medical professional for that matter will tell you damaging these signs are.  They could save you from years of agonizing frustrations, increased risk of certain diseases and the inability to lose weight.

Mike had no idea how simple it was to lose weight that started with just 1 hour of his time and it resulted in over 100 pounds of weight loss and 20 inches removed from his waist.

If he had know about this life-changing method sooner he would have never ignored the common warning signs that he was told were just a bad diet, lack of exercise and stress from his job.  In reality he was creating a cycle within his body that was manifesting itself into him never losing weight and actually gaining it faster even though he was “dieting”.

Had Mike not stumbled across my technique of shedding fat and healing fat cells he would still be 135 pounds overweight, he would still have high blood pressure and still be taking even more diabetic medication to try and control his out of control blood sugars.

He would be unknowingly putting himself at unnecessary risk of having a heart attack just by walking up a flight of stairs.

Worst case scenario is he wouldn’t even be here with us today or more importantly here for his children.

When you are at the mercy of this one critical flaw you are essentially chasing your tail trying to lose just 1 pound of bodyfat.

Q:  What is the number reason why diets fail?

Q:  With so much confusing information out there people are going to continue to ask what are good carbs and bad carbs. Are all carbs bad for us?

There are things such as good carbs and bad carbs. You do need to eat carbs. So don’t think that you can go on no-carb diets forever and expect to maintain your weight loss or expect to eat like that long-term. Your body does rely on carbohydrates to function efficiently.

The problem that most people have is we choose the wrong carbohydrate to try to feed our body with. Most of our carbohydrate choices are processed, refined carbs that are just maybe a little more than sugar-type consistency and nutrient value.

Instead we should be focusing on the whole-grain carbs and fruits and vegetables that contain fiber, stuff that has hearty nutrients in it because one of the main things with that is you then control your blood sugar intake and your body utilizes those calories and those nutrients more efficiently than if you were to just wolf down a lot of white rice and white bread.

So you definitely need carbohydrates, it’s just a matter of making sure you choose the right carbohydrates in the right quantities so that you can lose weight if that’s your goal or maintain your weight if that’s your goal.

And I made it my mission that I wouldn’t stop until I competed, won, and was told by the judges that my booty and legs where now my strong point.

I experimented with hundreds of booty exercises during my competition days.

I even went to a physical therapist to get some help in finding out what was keeping my butt from getting that lifted and toned look that the judges wanted.

As a woman I desperately wanted to feel confident in a swimsuit, my jeans, and even naked (with the lights on).

I began researching the different muscles that activate and support the booty. I learned all of this when I was in school getting my degree in Exercise Science back in 1997. We studied all the different muscles and their functions.

Our instructors tended to focus on the larger muscle groups and some of the smaller muscles didn’t get as much attention… well as it turns out, those “hidden” booty support muscles hold the key to lifting and tightening your butt.

Because it had been so long since I studied this stuff I had to dig back into

my books, the internet, journals and do extensive research to see if there was something I might be missing. No matter how many squats I did I still had sagging in the butt.

I also had that dreaded butt crease – that deep line where the butt meets the thighs. Ladies you know exactly what I am talking about. When you get a suntan or spray tan and still have that white line that doesn’t tan due to butt sagging.

While studying to find a cure I was testing out hundreds of exercises. Then it happened. After starting a new series of exercises I quickly began noticing some amazing changes to my butt.

All of the sudden I saw my butt actually begin to lift and my belly became flatter. It happened so quickly that I knew I was onto something and that I had to figure out what exercises were getting me this result.

I began to deconstruct each exercise so that I could figure out which ones were working. I then researched the muscles I was using and how they were being used in those specific exercises.

I didn’t want to share my perfect booty secret with the world while I was still competing and give it away to my competition.

Getting my booty lifted, tightened, and toned was my new edge that boosted me to the top when I won the title Ms. Universe Figure. The judges were now commenting on how great my booty and thighs looked.

Some of these judges had seen me compete before and were amazed at the changes. They wanted to know how I did it.

That’s me a couple days after winning the Ms. Universe Figure with my NEW LIFTED AND FULL BOOTY!

Now that I have stopped competing I have no reason not to share this breakthrough booty lifting secret with the masses.

Finally, after one more lady stopped and asked me how I got my perfect booty I finally decided it was time to release my perfect booty shaping secret that has been locked away for over 8 years. And here I am bringing this to you today.

Other girls were asking me what I had done differently. Was I doing more squats and lunges? Everyone wanted to know.

The real test – I knew it worked for me but I wasn’t sure if it would work for others.

As soon as I made the discovery on my own body I began testing it out with my own personal training clients (mostly women and some men). Sure enough their booties started getting that lift and tone.

Even a client in her early 60’s was amazed that her booty began to lift. She told me she had never had a butt in her whole life.

Now in her 60’s she was getting one for the first time and her husband was pretty pleased too.

The great news is that this is something that can be cured by activating the sleeping muscles. Most people think they have bad butt genetics or too much fat in all the wrong places. They don’t realize that the problem is caused by the angle of the spine which can be manipulated by strengthening an often ignored group of muscles that run form the top of the butt up the back.

Let’s Face it we all do way too much sitting on our booties these days. All this sitting leads to problems with muscle balance and posture.

Saggy Butt Syndrome simply means that the main muscles that make up the glutes (booty), low back (including the erector spinae) and upper thigh muscles are too tight to activate or they are too weak.

And many of us have a combination of the too tight and too weak.

One muscle group in particular that is not even considered part of the butt ACTUALLY controls whether we have a flat butt or a perky full and lifted booty.

The Erector Spinae is that overlooked muscle group. It actually consists of three columns of muscles, the Iliocostalis, Longissimus, and Spinalis, each running parallel on either outer side of the Vertebra and extending from the lower back of the skull all the way down to the Pelvis/hips.

When this group of muscles is not properly activated and becomes weak the muscles in the butt and thighs become dysfunctional.

This leads to sagging, loose skin, increased appearance of cellulite, saddle bags, and flatness in the butt. The Erector Spinae influences the curvature of the spine, along with the lift and curviness of the booty. When this muscle group becomes too weak this dysfunction leads to Saggy Butt Syndrome.

These exercises are great for the actual butt muscles if the muscles are all in balance and functioning properly. Squats and lunges can be part of your program BUT these exercises DO NOT target the muscle group that changes the curve of the lower spine and lifts the butt to give you that full and perky derierre.

You’ll see how tightening this little known muscle group allows you to workout smarter not harder. You will never spend hours in the gym doing gruesome leg and butt workouts. Plus doing the wrong leg and butt workouts makes it virtually impossible for a woman to tighten the booty and lose lumpy disgusting cellulite.

I can understand if you think you’ve heard of every butt exercise out there. And you may feel like you have tried it all when it comes to booty lifting strategies and workouts. I guarantee you have never done a program that teaches you this. This is going to shock you!

Let me assure you that women have different butt anatomy than men and this has nothing to do with doing silly butt machines, excessive cardio, crazy starvation diets, pills or potions. This is a new solution that you will become obsessed with because it is so easy and results come so quickly. And it works for all body types even the woman with the most out of shape booty.

Science says that women naturally carry more fat and cellulite in our hips and thighs than our male counterparts. Now we can use science and new research to put those extra curves into action by activating the right muscle group.

Research also explains how activating the wrong muscles keeps us struggling to fight the flat and flabby booty.

Problem #1 Erector Spinae Muscles are too Weak and therefore they cannot hold the booty up. This leads to flattening of the lower spine. Then the wrong muscles take over and keep the butt muscles asleep. This causes the dreaded sagging booty and extra cellulite.

Problem #2 The opposing Muscles of the Erector Spinae are too tight which keeps the Erector Spinae muscles from activating. This also decreases the curve in the lower spine right above the booty. This leads to pain in the back, knees, and even the neck. And even worse it causes extreme dropping of the lower butt and hunching over in the upper back.

Once you learn the secret to activating this muscle group you will never deal with a flat and saggy butt again. Your cellulite will visible begin to disappear as the backside is lifted and tightened. You can reshape and lift your butt by strengthening the muscles that control the curve of your spine.

Researchers in a recent study asked over 300 men to rate the attractiveness of different female silhouettes. The ladies with more curve in the lower spine rated higher on the attractiveness scale. A 45 degree curve at the top of the butt and lower spine was considered the most desirable.

Men love to lift big weights and do lots of squats. They even like to make loud noises while they do it. Does that work for lifting and firming our butts as women? Absolutely not.

Our hips are wider than our male counterparts. We have a completely different shape to our spine than men. This is the one area that we definitely cannot train like a man.

Doing male lower body workouts actually keeps us from contouring our curves so that we look more feminine. Men are not seeking the same curvature of the spine that they are attracted to in women,

Yet, most of the lower body workouts that I see women doing were designed for a man’s hips.

Don’t get me wrong – many of the workouts designed for men are very challenging. However, to get the desired spine curve to have a shapely booty we must work smarter and not harder doing someone else’s workout. We must work the muscles of the erector spinae.

These muscles are the key to the butt dysfunction that leads to lower butt droop. These muscles control whether your butt looks flat and saggy or tight and full.

The classes kept advancing and progressing to
benefit everyone, no matter how fit or de-conditioned they were.

I
started incorporating the fundamentals of these Pilates Ebook exercises

Now I was really concerned, and with good cause, as it turned out. That same chapter outlined the effects of Depo-Provera on the adrenal glands. Within six years, I had been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and had
gained 100 pounds. My medical doctor could not give me any hope or effective treatment. calories, no superhuman willpower to keep from eating, low

hunger, constant results, etc.

My thing is…if diet and exercise

is the only way to lose weight and the real

“solution,” then why does the obesity rate

on diets and buying more exercise equipment more and

more each year. Let’s be real. I get frustrated, annoyed and

agitated when people act like this is the solution and don’t

want to hear of anything else, even though it has never

about how they work 5 hours a day in the gym, eating rabbit

food and they still don’t lose weight. And others have the

same story, except for they

do, in fact, lose weight but gain it right back afterwards

faster than they lost it, plus more. Not to mention how slow

they lost it. Which is

frustrating.

For anyone that’s curious about

never need another diet in your life once you finish this!

Exercise is always good for your body, whether you’re

trying to lose weight or not. It’s always recommended for

good overall health but it’s not a weight loss solution.

your lives and miserable from yo-yo dieting and depriving
