Second, leptin is a hormone that is produced by your fat cells,
which tells the control center in your brain (known as the
hypothalamus) that you’re “full” and have enough “energy”
Normally, when you eat, your fat cells increase in
size slightly, and leptin is released, telling your
brain to STOP eating.
However, when you’re overweight or eat
processed foods that contain brain-disrupting
ingredients like sugar, fructose, MSG, or aspartame,
your hypothalamus becomes resistant to leptin.
That means that your brain NEVER gets the message that you’re full and so you feel like eating everything in sight. Your brain’s “off switch” no longer works properly.
So…can you see why eating common “diet” and processed foods (and being overweight) is so dangerous?
Have a look at most of the people you know that have gone on a diet or obsessed about counting calories. Have a look at women and men who choose the low-fat yogurt, the margarine over butter, or think they’re doing good by drinking diet sodas.

Dear Parrot Lover,
want to tell you a true story that’s on the edge of potentially
About 13 years ago, a good friend
of mine, Wayne, “rescued” Parrot
that showed up mysteriously on his back porch balcony one day.
He came right in the house when offered
a cracker, and woofed it down like a ravenous feathered pig…
the poor, lost fellow was obviously very hungry.
Well, Wayne, being a good guy, kept
him in the house (he didn’t have a cage), and tried to locate
the owner of the lost Parrot by putting an ad in the local paper.
Nobody responded to the “Lost Parrot”
insertion… and in the end, Wayne ended up becoming an unexpected
Parrot owner, as
he never did find the original owners.
In the meantime, Wayne named the
playful and friendly fellow “Polygon”. And to his shock, Polygon
talked… and it wasn’t just “Hello” he was saying. Polygon’s
chatting was a little more “complicated”…
Huh?!… pot seeds??? Were the
ex-owners giving this bird marijuana seeds? Perhaps they were
tasty, perhaps Polygon was even getting high!? I really don’t
know, I just know that Polygon loved to say this (I
heard it myself many times).
Wayne thought it was pretty funny,
even though he didn’t smoke or drink. That is… he thought
it was funny until guests came over… then it stopped being

out of getting Parrot, nor do
I want to scare you into the !TRAGEDY!
of dumping a “misbehaving” Parrot
off at the local pet shop, nor do I want to inspire the bird-brained
idea of setting Parrot “free”
at some local park (yes this unfortunately happens out of ignorance

a funny memory I shared to illustrate that Parrots can and WILL say the craziest things once they start talking.
And apart from the fact that Polygon’s ex-owners might have
been irresponsibly giving him pot seeds, he was obviously
very well treated and well trained to be such a happy and talkative

First off. Profiting on the horses isn’t hard.
Not if you know what you’re doing.
I have successfully beaten the bookies for 5 straight years and I do it all using one particular type of racing.

Some people have asked me why I am doing this, especially if I’m not going to make any money.
Well first off, I don’t have to do this, I get to do this!

Well to start off with there are multiple ones.

All results will be recorded to Betfair SP and ISP as well as the quoted odds I take when placing my bets.
All bets are sent via email to the email you register after making payment. Not the address you use on the payment screen, but the one you enter on the screen after. Please ensure you do this or you will not receive the information.
Bets are sent the evening before the racing meaning you have plenty of time to place the bets and also to look for the best price should you wish to.
I recommend that you place all bets as soon as possible whether you are backing Best Odds Guaranteed or using Betfair SP or another exchange.
