ما هي المدة والفترات المخصصة للتمرين؟

التمارين لا تزيد عن 40 دقيقة على ثلاث ايم في الاسبوع وهي مقسمة ومتدرجة حسب الصعوبة, الهدف من التمرين هو الإلتزام بالتمرين لذا التمرين يجب ان تكون قصيرة مكثفة (غير مملة) ومتزيادة في الصعوبة لتصنع لك حافز كلما تقوم بالتمرين.

Q: Is #BTX ideal for ME?

#BTX is a performance handbook. The premise is simple – how would we go about training a wide variety of qualities (endurance, speed, hypertrophy, strength, and power) in an organized fashion? #BTX is ideal for folks with some previous lifting experience who are looking to take their fitness to the next level. Q: Is there any special equipment required?

#BTX is about the entire strength and conditioning continuum, so there’s a lot of variety. That said, it’s all traditional gym equipment: DB’s, BB’s, KB’s, standard machines (like a leg curl and a cable column), med balls, row machine, stationary bike, etc. We do have some sledge hammer work in Phase 4, but if you don’t have access to a sledge, you can easily replace with a cable chop (not as awesome, but a solid substitution.) The same holds true for all of the exercises…simple substitutions that mimic the same movement pattern will do the trick.

Q: You mention that you’ve done some research for #BTX? Can you tell me more about that?

We did a lot of research on residual training effects for different motor abilities. In other words, what type of training plays nicely with what other types of training. We also researched a lot on motor programming and re-programming – basically how we get good at stuff.

Q: Can you get a little more specific about the programming?

#BTX is divided into 5 meso-phases. Each phase has a strength focus and an energy system focus. For example, Phase 1 is about structural balance and establishing an aerobic foundation. It’s a very important phase for injury prevention down the road and it helps lay the groundwork for future success. Q: What’s the toughest workout in #BTX?

Phase 5 has some badass combo workouts that are tough as hell. It’s like MetCon gone crazy. That said, you work TOWARDS these workouts instead of starting there. That’s important to keep in mind.

The Final Word:  The Sad Reality of Over Training

Over-training (both in intensity and in duration) can push the body’s stress response too far.  This can lead to an explosion of those negative chemical responses in your body that lead to both long and short term health problems.

High stress in our bodies can lead to many issues from Hypothyroidism to adrenal fatigue.  Over-training is a clear form of high stress.

Q: Can I train at anytime in the day?

A: You can use these fast plug-in workouts any time you like.  The very fact they’re so quick and effective, and designed to be plugged right into your busy schedule means you can do them whenever suits you.

Q: Is Short Circuit Fat Loss designed to be used successfully by both men and women? Or is it gender specific?

A:  No, it’s not gender specific.  It’s created for any person regardless of gender.  I train both men and women of all ages and have put together workouts using exercises that were liked by both men and women but more importantly were the most effective ones for either gender.  I’ve also redesigned the entire workout artwork and products to female or male styled design packs.

Q: Can the program and its workouts be used over and over, or should I only go through it one time?

A:  You can go through the program and all workouts as many times as you wish.  They’re designed to be used over and over – there is a great choice and variety so you’ll not get bored and your body won’t hit plateaus.  I personally used them over and over with my clients and randomize the workouts to give fresh variety.  I just don’t recommend the same workouts back-to-back.  However, you can follow the workout plans in the system to have a more structured plan or simply use any workout on the go when time is really limited.

Q: I noticed in some of your testimonials the reference to CSW Method – is this different to The e7 Protocol?

A: No – initially I called it the CSW Method (S meaning ‘Super’) as my working title during research.  However as I began fine tuning the workouts more around a 7 exercise structure I would to refer to the best workouts as a ‘e7 Protocol’.  I liked it.  It’s easier to say as well when I’m training people.  So it stuck 😉 .

Q: I’ve never worked out before or would call myself a true beginner.  Can I still get value from Short Circuit Fat Loss?

A:  The exercises range and vary from very basic to what would be considered challenging.  In any workout you will want to aim for exercise progression (meaning you will progress into more challenging exercises once you master the basics) so the beginner workouts will be a great start and allow a first time trainee to build a good base of strength, co-ordination and muscle control then move into more challenging exercises.  Short Circuit Fat Loss is designed to progress a trainee correctly but of course advanced fitness enthusiasts can simply opt to work immediately with the tougher workouts structure.  Bear in mind, even though some workouts may contain what an advanced trainee rightly assumes are basic exercises, the advanced workout structure and progressions will have even the fittest person facing a great and effective workout challenge.

Q: Why is this program different from other workouts programs?

A: The main focus of SCFL is to provide anyone who need/wants to lose weight, lose body fat and get very fit an opportunity to do so in very limited amounts of time.  The program is not set up to be heavy, intense lifting or bodybuilding, and is specifically designed for normal, busy humans who wondered if they can really get their best body ever.  They can if they don’t over train and focus on progressing sensibly as is set up in SCFL. Weight Loss Myth #1 – Diet Foods Help You
Lose Weight

This
one is a real killer. Again it’s a triumph of marketing and hype over truth. Let me
give you a couple of examples.

Just because a chocolate dessert or a packet
of biscuits is classed as low fat, it doesn’t mean it’s actually any good for you.
Yes it probably is lower in fat than its regular alternative, but it’s also full of other
ingredients that are actually much worse than the fat that was in it.

Makers of these products, emphasise the lack
of fat in their products but hide the fact that to make them taste better, they’ve had to replace the fat with sugars. They’ll do it
cleverly, by breaking the sugars down in to various forms… sucrose, fructose, glucose syrup.
Glycerine etc, the list goes on.

But
the problem with sugar is that every time you eat something that has sugars in it, the body
has to produce a hormone called Insulin. Insulin’s job is to remove the sugar from the blood and
take it to the cells. Unfortunately when insulin is produced, it doesn’t always remove the exact
right amount of sugar from the blood.

It
creates a low in blood sugar levels, which then sends a signal to your brain to eat
more in order to normalise blood sugar levels again.

Another problem is that we’ve been
conditioned to believe that ‘diet’ foods actually help us to lose weight. You’ll have seen
it yourself when someone orders a big Mac and fries, but insists on getting a diet Cola to go with

Weight Loss Myth #2 – Eat Just 3 Square
Meals a Day

This time it’s probably your parents fault and their parents before them… You
see there are a few reasons why eating at certain times throughout the day just isn’t
right.

Firstly you aren’t necessarily hungry at the
times that you have to eat. This means that you may be eating for the sake of it and getting
more calories than you need each day.

Secondly if you can only eat at certain times
throughout the day, because of your work pattern for example, then you may go for hours without
being able to eat anything and this slows down your metabolic rate and encourages your body to
store fat.

One
of the biggest problems with eating in the traditional way is that your metabolic rate
slows right down. You’ll burn calories at a snails pace because there are too long gaps
between meals.

Eating smaller amounts regularly
throughout the day does two things…

1.  It keeps the metabolism revving away
and

2.  It stops the body from storing as
many of the calories you are eating. Over a period of time, your body gets used to the regular
supply of calories and realises that it doesn’t need to store as many of them as there isn’t
likely to be times when it won’t get food.

Finally, it’s likely that you’re overeating if you depend on
eating 3 set meals a day as the gaps between them will lead to hunger pangs and cravings.
When you start getting these messages from the brain, you’ll usually eat more than you need to
do.

Weight Loss Myth #3 – Reducing the
Calories You Eat Makes You Lose Weight and the Fewer Calories You Eat Then the More Weight
You’ll Lose

Sounds logical doesn’t it, and up to a point
this is actually true BUT if this was completely right then surely the more you reduced the
calories you were eating, then the faster you’d lose weight.

But this just doesn’t happen,
you’ll know it yourself if you’ve ever tried restricting the amount of food you eat so low. The
weight comes off pretty fast to begin with but after a few days, you can’t seem to lose any more,
you quickly reach a plateau.

Here’s the real kicker, doing this means
you’re actually making things worse for yourself and compounding the problem.

The
reason is that your body gets thrown in to what it perceives as starvation and goes in to survival
mode. When you’re in survival mode, your body just won’t
release fat to burn. It can’t, in fact it does the complete opposite and actually holds on to it,
by producing a hormone called Leptin.

But
that’s not all, some of the other downsides you’ll notice are…

A slowdown in your metabolic
rate. This is the speed at which you burn calories. You see when food intake is
strictly limited, your body will always try to protect itself by holding on to its energy
stores… your body fat!

Increased cravings. Your body
knows it needs calories to survive and as a response your fat cells produce a hormone
called Leptin which increases your cravings for guess what? You’ve guessed it…
calories. Usually in the form of high sugar or high fat foods, because it’s these types of

An increase in the amount of fat you

The
theory here is that at a certain level of effort, your body will burn more fat than
carbohydrates as it’s main fuel source, but it’s only a slight difference and to get the same

Research has shown that common strength training (using fixed training equipment) is simply NOT as effective as functional training.

That picture was taken when I was 40 years old, an age when most of us have probably let ourselves go and are wondering WTF happened our bodies.

No, I’m not a fitness model, or a bodybuilder, or a professional athlete or anything like that. In fact, I’m actually a bit of a geek! I have a PhD in chemical engineering, and used to teach at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in England. Over the years, I’ve published countless scientific papers, and contributed to some textbooks and even a chemical technology encyclopedia.

But despite that nerdy background, I did manage to develop an extraordinary system that has changed people’s lives, and I’m going to share this with you today.

I didn’t always look the way I do in that photo above!

I was the classic example of a guy who was once active and athletic, but who had “settled down,” got married, had a family and slowly let himself go.

In short, if you’d looked up the definition of “Dad Bod” in the dictionary, you’d have seen a picture of me!

I’m not going to lie… it wasn’t pretty.

Take a look at what I mean…

By the time I reached my mid-30s, I’d ended up weighing 220 pounds with a big bloated gut. I was embarrassed to take my clothes off in front of other people. I had a puffy, swollen face, awful hair, and felt tired and drained all the time. I was so stiff that even touching my toes was difficult and my lower back would seize up in agony when I got out of bed or stood up.

When I created this system, I wasn’t even thinking of sharing it. I did it for myself, because I wanted a serious transformation I was sick of being just another out-of-shape parent with no control over my life. I was sick of being invisible too, and of being old before my time.

Basically, I wanted to turn the clock back to when I was 18…

Expensive gym memberships were a waste, more expensive personal trainers were an even bigger waste, and none of these modern fads ever did any good. To tell you the truth, the only thing getting any lighter was my wallet.

Most of the exercises that today’s “experts” are selling are useless for burning fat and building lean muscle. It’s not just the exercises that are wrong; the vast majority of exercise routines have fatal flaws too.

If you don’t believe me, just think of how many people you see in the gym working their butts off on their cardio machines, or their stability balls or their weight training, but they look exactly the same week after week, month after month and year after year.

I was certainly one of them, and chances are you are too!!

It’s obvious: we have all been lied to and fed a load of BS by “experts” who are mostly out of shape themselves! And I’m not saying that just to convince you that my methods are best… It’s just a fact.  Far too many of the trainers and fitness gurus out there are either:

Well, I happen to be a scientist – a proper one – and I was tired of all these lies and gimmicky programs, so I decided to do something about it.

So, I went back to basics, trying to understand what it was that that had kept me in great shape as a young man, and how to recapture that again in mid-life.  I didn’t stop there though; I added all my scientific and chemistry knowledge to the mix too. And I read everything I could find  – from the way ancient athletes used to train to the latest advances in sports and nutrition science.

After months of research, I figured out the exercises and techniques that are (and always have been) some of the most powerful ways to melt away fat and pack on muscle in record time.

Whole body workouts: Many of the exercises are designed to use as many muscles as possible. More muscle use = more energy burn = more fat burn.

High cardio levels: These exercises get your metabolism working and your heart pumping as your body rips away the fat and turns it into energy.
